The Singapore Night Festival returns for its 15th edition in August 2024, bringing a fresh theme, “The Art of Play.” This year’s festival explores the concept of play and childhood, drawing inspiration from the historical Bras Basah. Bugis (BBB) precinct, is known as the birthplace of some of Singapore’s first schools. You can easily reach here from your city hitels such as the Value Hotel Thomson. The festival promises to captivate audiences with a nostalgic journey through playful experiences and artistic expressions.
For the first time, the festival extends from its usual two-weekend format to a three-weekend celebration. Highlights include the Wonder World amusement park rides, old-school game stalls, and nostalgia-themed food and beverages. Attendees can enjoy dynamic projection mappings by local artists, Night Lights installations, jazz performances, and a xinyao singalong. With five festival villages offering a scrumptious spread of food and drink as well as spots for an affordable staycation in Singapore, Singapore Night Festival 2024 is set to be an unmissable extravaganza of art, culture, and childhood memories.
