Singapore Tourism Turns to AI for More Personalised Travel Experiences

A Smarter Way to See Singapore

Singapore is exploring new ways to inspire Chinese travellers as the integration of technology into travel planning increases steadily. On August 23, the Singapore Tourism Board and Mafengwo launched the “Singapore AI Inspiration Lab – Lion City Adventure • More Fun, More You” immersive pop-up event in Beijing, building on their AI-focused partnership.

The event utilises interactive technology and AI-powered travel planning to showcase different ways of experiencing Singapore with a focus on younger travellers, families and seniors. Visitors have the opportunity to visit neighbourhoods and night markets, design boutiques and natural attractions while testing Mafengwo’s AI travel assistant.

Singapore’s expanding tourism project gives travellers more reasons to explore the city’s lesser-known attractions. A four-star hotel in Singapore can provide a convenient base for discovering these attractions and experiences.

Accommodation such as Hotel Mi also presents the advantage of being located in urban areas, placing guests within easy reach of the city’s attractions, dining and entertainment experiences.
