Thailand is planning to revamp its tourism strategies by shifting focus to man-made attractions with the private sector eager to contribute. The government is currently creating plans to create more entertainment complexes that feature legal casinos, which signifies a new turn for the country’s tourism strategy.

The government remains confident that the increase in man-made attractions will help Thailand add different experiences to the ones provided by its traditional attractions, and stay ahead of emerging tourism trends. They strongly believe that attractions like skywalks with stunning views, water parks and art spaces will help boost the tourism industry.

While there are already several 3 star hotels in Thailand, the country looks to appeal to modern travellers by providing new experiences. Visitors can then look forward to a wider range of attractions when they arrive for stays at hotels such as those under Travelodge Hotels Asia.
