The Maldives ambassador to the UAE has recently declared at a press conference that the two nations (the UAE and the Maldives) will soon open a travel bubble with each other. This will facilitate travellers from both nations to travel freely, without any barriers. Travellers who have got themselves vaccinated with both doses will be allowed to travel even without having to present negative PCR test result reports, under this special arrangement.
Every Maldives beach resort the likes of The Residence Maldives Dhigurah will be happy to serve the UAE guests once again when this initiative comes into action. However, the Maldivian government and tourism authorities think of commencing the 3V tourism concept (Visit, Vaccinate, and Vacation) in the country after vaccinating the entire local population with both doses.
