Vistara to Start International Flights to Colombo and Phuket in October – Stepping into the Global Market!

The domestic Indian Airliner Vistara will officially start international flights starting from October. The first flights have been planned to destinations such as Colombo in Sri Lanka and Phuket in Thailand. The new route will enable travellers to explore a multitude of destinations including resort properties in Sri Lanka and Phuket luxury hotels the likes of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and so much more. According to local media reports, the airliner has become eligible for international flights when it added its 21st aircraft to its existing fleet in June and they wanted to launch flights to Dubai. Unfortunately, the Quota allocated under the India-Dubai Bilateral was full. Currently, the airliner is working further on the documentation and seeking for necessary approvals. On a media briefing, Vistara CEO further stated that the airline is also expecting to get its 22nd flight very soon.
