This year, tourism has brought about new highs and seeing the trend that has unfolded, entertainment has been prepared accordingly even in Malaysia. The summer holidays are just around the corner and therefore, the sector is expected to see an increase in tourist arrivals in Langkawi. The events planned out for travellers’ entertainment here for the month of June would be the 2nd International Dragon Boat Regatta and The Asian Junior Tennis ATF 14U Langkawi 2019.
The International Dragon Boat Regatta will take place among teams from both inside and outside the city. The event is scheduled to take place on the 22nd and 23rd of June. The Asian Junior Tennis ATF 14U Langkawi 2019 is yet another 6-day sports event that will be taking place from the 24th – 30th of June. This competition too is open to local and international teams. Berjaya Langkawi Resort and many a hotel in Langkawi Malaysia will be available for accommodation.
