10 Day Vibrant Festivities in Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi – Celebrating the eased restrictions in style!

The news that inter-Thai travel would be allowed across its regions and islands in the final quarter of the year was met with great enthusiasm by all stakeholders. In anticipation of this freedom to travel, The Ministry of Tourism and Sports in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) hosted the “SHA SHA SHA @Andaman: The Memory” across the Phuket, Phang-Nga, and Krabi islands.

These 10 days of festivals ending on October 3rd marked the triumphant return of Thai tourism. With the safety of everyone in mind, the Thai Safety and Health Administration (SHA) standard was strictly adhered to at the events and at the accommodation that was able to host the locals, ex-pats, and international visitors who attended this event. Ao Nang hotels such as the Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort, in addition to meeting the SHA standards, had ensured complete vaccination of its staff as they geared up to host its guests in the wake of an ongoing pandemic.
