10 Miles International Run in Phuket – Running in Paradise

An event that gave runners of all ages a chance to compete in a race that was both challenging and fun, the 10 Miles International Run in Phuket took place on March 21st 2015. The island hosts several such sporting events during the year and participants or visitors in search of a Phuket resort from which to head to such races can consider Anantara Phuket Villas along Mai Khao Beach.

Organised by Go Adventure Asia, the 10 Miles International Run in Phuket kicked off at 6 am with runners setting off along the 10 mile course that took them past some of the island’s stunning natural scenery. Apart from the main competition there were shorter races held as well including a 5 and 2 mile race and a separate 500 metre challenge for kids between 4 to 12 years of age. This event was the 3rd SUPERSPORTS 10 Miles International Run with the two previous events both having been held in Bangkok.
