2015 Seafarers’ Festival – A Celebration of Maritime History

An event that will provide a fun day of learning and hands on activities, the 2015 Seafarers’ Festival in Tasmania, Australia is scheduled to take place on 25th October. Beginning at 10.30 am and running up to 4 pm, the 2015 Seafarers’ Festival will feature more than 40 stalls offering fascinating maritime information along with interactive activities, fun contests, food & snacks, a craft market, lively music and dance performances as well. A special costume competition is also going to be held, while those attending can take part in a treasure hunt and catch the excitement of the spectacles that can be witnessed on the water as well.
