2018 Spring Festival Gala for Overseas Chinese Held in Thailand – Embracing the Chinese Culture

The Spring Festival Gala was staged at the Prince of Songkla University in Southern Thailand on the 22nd of February 2018, as a part of the annual Cultures of China, Festival of the Spring tour. The gala which has been staged for the past 10 years, was enjoyed by almost 3,000 spectators this time around. While being hailed by many as an influential platform which promotes and celebrates Chinese culture.

Acts such as the Drunken Beauty and many popular songs were performed by a talented Chinese art troupe. The show also included a beautiful performance by famous Chinese actress /singer, Zhu Hong. Many visitors and guests also stayed at many a Koh Phangan beach resort located close to Hat Yai such as Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas, during this time.
