2024 K-Pop World Festival: Qatar Fans Invited To Join

Qatari K-pop fans have an exciting opportunity waiting for them, as they have been invited to participate in the K-pop World Festival, taking place in Changwon in October 2024. Fans have been encouraged to submit videos of them performing songs and/or dance numbers along with an interview, with a deadline of July 18th, 2024.

All citizens are eligible for participation, but the organisers recommend them to be at least 16 years of age. The videos will be judged by a panel based on the choreography, uniqueness, skills and charismatic factors. The results of the preliminary contest will be announced by August 11th, 2024, by the Korean Embassy. Contestants can make their videos ever more creative, using aesthetic locations to film their videos, such as a beach or at the best hotels in Doha, including properties like Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli.
