6 African Countries among the Top Destinations for Ecotourism – A Commendable Improvement

The Big 7 Travel global travel website shortlisted 50 countries that are doing a commendable job in minimising their carbon footprint and leading toward ecotourism, out of these 6 African countries were included in the list. The first place was taken by Asia’s Bhutan, and Africa’s Botswana came in second place.

Tanzania, Mafia Island, and Cape Verde were also included in the list, and the 50th place was given to the upcoming travel destination, Mauritius. There are many noteworthy events in Mauritius taking place throughout the year and thereby attracting many environment-conscious tourists to this flourishing country. The Residence Mauritius is one such 5-star hotel preferred by many travellers to stay and enjoy the beauty of the island.
