Minor Hotels to Debut Avani Brand in China – Two Properties to Be Located in Xinyi 

Offering more opportunities to enjoy nature-based getaways, Minor Hotels is set to debut its Avani Hotels & Resorts hospitality brand for the first time in China. A leading name amongst international hotel groups, it will launch two properties in a joint venture with Funyard Minor JV Co., China. The spotlight will shine on Xinyi, Guangdong Province, where Avani+ Xinyi Guangdong Resort and Avani Huajian Xinyi Guangdong Resort are scheduled to launch in the first half of 2024.

Nestled amidst a serene bamboo forest, Avani+ Xinyi Guangdong Resort will provide a haven in the mountains. Guests can choose from 96 contemporary suites and rooms, some boasting pools and private balconies. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, it will feature an infinity pool, an AvaniKids club, an AvaniFit gym, an all-day dining venue, and various amenities designed to help one unwind amidst nature.

Meanwhile, at Shuanghe Village’s foothills, Avani Huajian Xinyi Guangdong Resort awaits beside the tranquil waters of the Huanghua River. With a focus on state-of-the-art amenities and nature-inspired spaces, the property will have 86 spacious suites and rooms including themed rooms for kids. Guests can also indulge in authentic Gaoliang cuisine at a restaurant that offers all-day dining, work out at the AvaniFit gym, and take a refreshing dip in the first-ever infinity sky pool in Xinyi.
