According to these metrics, each city was given a score out of 100 with lower scores signifying greater security. Singapore’s exceptional performance, with minimal risk across all categories, earned it a perfect score of 0 out of 100. This remarkable achievement placed it ahead of the other renowned cities in the top five, namely Tokyo, Toronto, Sydney, and Zurich respectively.
