ZAMREAL 2025: Real Estate Leaders Gathered in Lusaka to Shape Zambia’s Investment Future

The sixth edition of the ZAMREAL Property Forum took place on 9 April 2025 in Lusaka, bringing together top real estate investors, policymakers, and industry professionals under the theme Forging Ahead. Co-hosted by the Zambia Property Owners Association (ZAPOA), the forum focused on unlocking opportunities in Zambia’s evolving real estate sector, driven by economic recovery, infrastructure investment, and growing urban demand.

Sessions also addressed regional infrastructure projects and hospitality sector growth. Among the venues highlighted for future forums were top conference venues in Zambia, including spaces like the Avani Victoria Falls Resort, known for hosting large-scale business events. ZAMREAL 2025 concluded with optimism, reinforcing Zambia’s potential as an emerging real estate hub in Southern Africa.
