Sichuan Tourism Push Strengthens Bangkok-China Travel Links – Sichuan’s Next Tourism Chapter Begins in Thailand

A new tourism promotion event in Bangkok is strengthening the travel connections between Thailand and China, with Sichuan showcasing its cultural attractions and tourism experiences to the Thai market. Held on July 21 at the Bangkok China Cultural Centre, the “Splendid Sichuan: Land of Abundance” hosted tourism authorities, travel professionals and industry representatives from both countries.

The programme pushed attention towards Sichuan’s natural landscapes, cultural heritage and increased accessibility, and also hosted a 10,000-ticket giveaway that covered 15 major attractions. Sichuan Airlines also introduced five Thailand-Sichuan routes for the winter season, supporting greater connectivity for leisure and business travel, adding to the latest hospitality news in Bangkok.

The development mirrors Bangkok’s increasing reputation as a regional tourism hub. Visitors interested in extended stays at Thailand’s capital are able to choose between accommodation options such as Maitria Hotels & Residences, which offer convenient access to the city’s attractions.
