Anantara Gourmet 2015- the stars of the culinary world gather in UAE

The inaugural Anantara Gourmet 2015 was held from the 9th- 16th April 2015 featuring nine world renowned chefs including Henrik Yde Andersn who is known for being the owner of the only Michelin starred Thai restaurant in the world, Thai cuisine specialist Dylan Jones, Igor Macchia, Mike Tafe, chocolate maestro Hari Unterrainer, Claire Clark as well as the local chef Houria.

Those were part of the Anantara Gourmet 2015 had the opportunity to attend classes taught by the professionals and to see the world renowned chefs live in action. The one week event closed with a Charity Gala dinner at the featured Abu Dhabi resort in the region Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara. The week long event was a platform to showcase the talents of these chefs and the foodies to experience a gastronomic journey.
