Grabbing a Well-Deserved Pride
At a recently held event in the Maldives organized by the Maldivian Ministry of Tourism, Guinness World Record (GWR) officials announced a new record in the name of Maldives where the greatest number of freedivers have been underwater simultaneously at one location for at least 30 seconds. The exact number of divers to create the record was 523 and this included the Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih too.
