Scheduled to commence this month, the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair is an annual event that attracts a wide range of publishers from the UAE and internationally as well. It will run from 24th to 30th April 2019 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Those staying at Abu Dhabi luxury hotels in this emirate including the likes of Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort can look to plan a trip to the book fair; admission is free and it will be open from 9am to 10pm except on Friday when it will be held from 4pm to 10pm.
This year will mark the 29th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair and visitors can peruse material from more than 1,320 exhibitors spanning over 60 countries. Both international and Arabic authors will be in attendance, while expected highlights include cultural and professional programmes, an Illustrator & Art Corner and a Creativity Corner, especially for children.
