Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation Partners with Seoul Metropolitan Government to Promote Cross-Cultural Exchange – Historic Collaboration to Strengthen Cultural Ties

In the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and the Mayor of Seoul Oh Se-hoon, the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF) will partner with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to enhance cross-cultural exchange and foster collaboration in the arts and culture sector. This partnership aims to strengthen existing cultural ties, establish long-lasting partnerships, and explore potential collaborations that promote mutual understanding and appreciation.

As part of the partnership, ADMAF plans to host two historic exhibitions in 2025, showcasing contemporary art from both Korea and the UAE. The exhibitions will debut Korean contemporary art in the Middle East at Manarat Al Saadiyat Cultural District in Abu Dhabi and present Emirati artists’ work for the first time in Korea at the Seoul Museum of Art. This collaboration will further enrich Abu Dhabi’s vibrant cultural scene, complementing its array of Abu Dhabi resort hotels. The likes of Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat will provide an ideal setting for visitors exploring this cultural renaissance.
