Abu Dhabi’s Best Spots According to Instagram Stars – When in Abu Dhabi, here’s where to go

The instagram gods have spoken! Are you planning on heading over to Abu Dhabi, the fabulous capital of the United Arab Emirates? If so here are the best places to hit, according to some of the most famous instagram stars in the city.

CNN spoke to four of Abu Dhabi’s celebrated social media stars to find out where they think is the hottest and hippest of places to visit. Some of these include The Corniche with its “amazing views”, Jebel Dhanna “one of the most magical places in Abu Dhabi”, Sir Bani Yas the venue of luxurious Sir Bani Yas Island hotels, the grand Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace and the Yas Mall.

One that received much praise is the Sir Bani Yas island. Mizra Al Hosani, founder of the acclaimed blog, Sweet Life in the Sandpit; says that “This island holds a special place in the hearts of people of the UAE,” she notes. Currently, the island is home to around 10,000 protected animals, and the site where ultra luxurious Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is situated upon.
