Accolades for Anantara Maldives from Condé Nast Traveller’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2020

Announced in October, the Condé Nast Traveller’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2020 saw international hospitality brand Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas garner an impressive 22 accolades; these included all its Maldives island resorts being placed amongst the “Top 30 Indian Ocean Resorts”. The highest position went to the Anantara sister property of Naladhu Private Island Maldives which ranked number two; also on the list was Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort (#7), Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas (#16), Niyama Private Islands (#18) and Anantara Veli Maldives Resort (#26).

Adding to this noteworthy achievement, Naladhu Private Island Maldives also came in at number five in the key “Best Resorts in the World” category. Apart from in the Maldives, other Anantara properties around the world also stood out; notable was the number one rankings for Anantara Chiang Mai Resort in the “Top 20 Resorts in Thailand” and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara in the “Top 10 Resorts in the Middle East” categories.
