Adaaran Kurimagu Management Training Programme Launched in the Maldives

A special management training programme conducted and fully sponsored by Adaaran Resorts was recently launched at one of the brand’s properties in the Maldives. Spanning one year, this special programme will give participants a unique opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. Based on successful completion and performance, candidates will have the opportunity to work at Adaaran resorts encompassing its Maldives 5 star hotels as well which include the likes of Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. From the first batch of 10 participants, three are existing Adaaran employees, while the remaining seven are either diploma or graduate holders from the Faculty of Hospitality of the University of Maldives. Apart from hands on training, candidates will also be entitled to an allowance during the duration of the management training programme.
