Air travel recovery predicted in Thailand with AirAsia’s high load factors – A promising tomorrow
AirAsia resumed its services in Thailand on the 03rd September 2021 and has been able to observe a positive growth of flight reservations throughout this period up to now. Its officials have declared that this trend will see even greater growth during the year-end holiday period. The government also plans to announce the relaxed travel restrictions and improved health and safety measures by then.
According to the officials, direct flights from Don Mueang to domestic destinations such as Hat Yai, Chiang Rai, and Chiang Mai have been mostly booked by domestic travellers. AirAsia plans to set increased frequencies of flights to these destinations shortly. This will also bring hope to every Khon Kaen hotel the likes of Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre as domestic flights such as AirAsia bridges them with their potential guests.
