Aitken Spence Travels one of the foremost tour operators, Sri Lanka has within its shores, hosted Jean Abboud, the President of Lebanese Travel Agents Association to Sri Lanka along with a few other Lebanese tour agents in the latter half of 2015. A significant number of Lebanese tourists have chosen to explore the multi-faceted island in the past. Therefore, both parties felt a need to solidify their 14 year long relationship while marketing Sri Lanka as the ideal getaway for Lebanese travellers. It has been noted that Lebanese travellers choose to visit Sri Lanka during June, July and August. It is hoped that the cemented relationship between Aitken Spence and the Lebanese Travel Agents Association will bring throngs of Lebanese holiday- makers in the near future. Sri Lanka certainly has a lot to offer!
