Anantara Sir Bani Yas Kite Festival 2019 Flies High – A Soaring Success

An event that was filled with fun activities and entertainment for the whole family, the annual Anantara Sir Bani Yas Kite Festival 2019 was successfully held last month. The Anantara hospitably brand has three properties on the island including Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Yamm Villa Resort; guests of this resort in Abu Dhabi or at one of the other two had the chance to fully experience the kite festival which was held on 2nd March 2019.

Filling the skies with plenty of colour, the various kites flown during the event were a fascinating draw for those who attended, while kids had the chance to enjoy beach games and pony rides too. Kite kits were offered free of charge and gave people a chance to make their own creations from scratch. “Best Animal-Shaped Kite”, “Most Creative Kite” and “Largest Kite” were amongst the awards given out to those who participated.
