The Art of Science Exhibition– Discover the Mysteries of Natural Sciences

In the 1800s Baudin’s ships carried many scientists to the Southern continent. The cruise was initially funded massively by Napoleon Bonaparte. These scientists engaged in reviewing and learning the mysteries of natural sciences. New and innovative concepts were created in the form of drafts and pictures by Baudin’s artists Nicholas Martin Petit and Charles- Alexandre Lesueur, during the journey. These unique paintings were placed at the museum of natural history in Le Havre, France. 50 of them will be exhibited for the first time in South Australia at Port Adelaide which is been continued from the 30th of June to the 11th of December. Tickets are priced at $25-Family, $5-Children, $8-Concessions, $10-Adults. Accommodation can be found in one of Adelaide Holiday Apartments such as the Oaks Embassy, and many more which are only a few minutes drive to the port making it easy to access the exhibition premises.
