Australia in talks over quarantine-free travel

The Country Has Successfully Battled the Pandemic

Australia is currently on the table discussing lifting the quarantine rule for travellers to the country. Prime Minister Scott Morrison is noted to have said that thanks lockdowns which were enforced and kept since March of 2020, Australia has fared much better than other countries in curbing the spread of the pandemic.

Cities beginning with Melbourne have slowly begun to ease its restrictions, and Australian hotels and businesses are beginning to open their doors to guests and clients. Business is slowly beginning to trickle into the cities especially to highly hygienic and efficient hotel chains the likes of Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites. As of the 11th of October, Queensland has begun the process of opening its borders too. Australia is, however, wary of opening for international tourists until 2021.
