Australia’s First Avani Hotel on Sunshine Coast – An Initiative by Minor Hotels

Minor Hotels, a fast-growing international hotel group is planning to launch their first Avani hotel in Australia on the frequently visited Sunshine Coast in Queensland. The property is said to be unveiled in 2025 and the CEO Dillip Rajakarier has expressed his excitement to bring the first Avani hotel concept on the continent to the most exceptional location.

Avani is a rapidly developing hospitality brand with a foothold in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Although there are 4 Avani Residences properties in Australia, this will be the first hotel project happening in the country. The hotel will be named Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel and will feature a range of facilities including 180 guest rooms, 4 restaurants, conference rooms, and wedding venues.
