AvaniSHIELD Concept Launched by Avani Hotels – Ensuring A Safe Stay For All

Avani Hotels & Resorts has launched AvaniSHIELD following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and in keeping with strict guidelines from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All its properties will follow these new and stringent protocols as they prepare to welcome visitors once travel restrictions are eased; for example, tourists in search of Koh Samui resorts that are safe to stay at can rest assured that properties such as Avani+ Samui Resort will be following the AvaniSHIELD programme.

The protocols of this initiative will be gradually adopted and cover the safety and health of guests and staff alike. It includes the utilisation of digital pre-arrival check-in & check-out, Ultraviolet C sterilisation, HEPA-grade air purifiers, live chat solutions via a digital concierge app and copper protection coating. It will also ensure all third parties, suppliers and partners adopt the protocols of the brand’s “Trusted Partner Programme” to help maintain high levels of health and safety.
