The exquisite needlework and handcrafts of Mrs. Avenika Jayawickrama and her students took centre stage early December in 2016 at the Kandy City Centre. The two day event featured a surplus of handcrafts and beautiful needlework such as mirror work, iris folding, Iranian cutwork, Barjello, Romanian point lace and much more. The work displayed were adornments that could be used to create beautiful homes with a touch of classic domesticity.
