A festival that blends together wellness together with fun, The Bali Spirit Festival is set to light up the paradise island again! If you’re a yoga junkie then this is perfect for you as the festival features full yoga workshops that are conducted by international instructors that are mastered in various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Tantra, Mantra, Prana flow, Anusara, Yin, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ashtanga to many others. The workshops are held in Ubud and other areas of the island and you can also find accommodation in Bali, such as the COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali; that feature yoga classes among their facilities.
This year’s Bali Spirit Festival will be held on the 29th of March till the 3rd of April under the theme ‘Tri Hita Karana’ which is a Balinese philosophical axiom that translates to a harmonious relationship spiritually, within society and the natural environment.
In addition to the yoga workshops, the festival also features a range of entertainment activities targeted for the whole family such as the Dharma Fair bazaar, a kid’s zone, dance and musical performances and concerts.
