Better service to International passengers – Good News for travellers!

The budget commercial airline, Cebu Pacific which is headquartered in the Philippines, is eagerly planning to expand their list of destinations worldwide to better serve international customers. The airline’s new destination list includes Sydney in Australia, Beijing the Chinese capital, Dubai, Singapore, and Hongkong.

The airline is becoming increasingly popular amid local and international travellers. On a media briefing held recently the chief executive adviser, Mike Szücs stated that the airlines have seen an 8 percent increase in inbound tourists to the Philippines from last year. He further stated that while the majority of their customer base is from the Philippines, they are working on new strategies to continue their expansion into international markets, especially the ASEAN region, selecting destinations which have the highest demand interests of their customers.

They are expecting to do this while maintaining their low-cost value proposition year-around. It is also worth noting that the airline recently launched a Manila-Melbourne direct flight. Manila already being a popular destination, this new flight will bring in more tourists which good news for resort and hotel properties in the region are the likes of Berjaya Makati Hotel which is a reputed Hotel in Makati, along with many others
