Brisbane Airport Welcomes Two-Way Trans-Tasman Travel Bubble – Reuniting family and friends

For the first time in one whole year, Brisbane Airport is open to flights departing to and arriving from New Zealand for quarantine free travel. Brisbane has had about 16 Green Lane flights with Qantas and Air New Zealand with about 8 departures and 8 arrivals to and from Wellington. Auckland and Christchurch.

About 1800 seats will be set in place for each day and the capacity per day is predicted to be around 80 per cent. Thanks to the reopening, many friends and family were able to reunite after 12 months of separation due to the pandemic. For those visiting friends and family and in search of a Woolloongabba hotel, many are open today for stays as well. Properties like Oaks Brisbane Woolloongabba Suites are centrally located, and most places are easily accessible from here.
