Quoting the vice president of Minor Hotels, the Caterer Middle East Magazine recently expressed that each hotel’s F&B outlet should have its own identity rather than being tied in with the main property name. The vice president has taken a fine example from their property, Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel Dubai where its Missippi’s Pool Bar and Lounge has won the hearts of many travellers in the region within a very short period.

Many rooftop restaurants in Dubai offer diverse brunching opportunities, but Missippi’s Pool Bar and Lounge have tried to make a difference, according to the VP. He has also stated that they always try to make collaborative efforts with the local vendors as well so that they help to strengthen the local economies in Dubai.
