Qatar Airways has just announced a new set of routes they’ve added to their network as of December 2016.
The new itinerary includes holiday destinations such as Chiang Mai. Finding hotel deals in Chiang Mai is a simple task with the wide variety of accommodation options available ranging from budget motels to luxury hotels and resorts, such as the Anantara Chiang Mai Resort.
The Group Chief Executive of the airline, Akbar Al Baker, made the announcement at the world’s largest travel fair in Berlin, mid-2016. As such, December marked the beginning of three flights from Doha to Chiang Mai on a weekly basis.
The airline is now officially the only Middle Eastern airline to fly to Chiang Mai, amongst a couple other popular Southeast Asian destinations.
