Zambia is indeed a lovely location to visit on holiday but what about business travel? The country is focusing on promoting business travel as well and China has stepped in to help with that by offering to construct Kenneth Kaunda International Conference Centre. The hall in Lusaka, the capital was handed over to the government last month.
This was also a wonderful opportunity to help strengthen the bond between China and Zambia.
While hotels in Livingstone Zambia the likes of Royal Livingstone Hotel by Anantara offer meeting rooms and conference rooms, this conference centre set in a central location will allow bigger events to be hosted in the country with easy access for locals. The main purpose of the construction of this facility is to host the African Union Summit with a capacity of holding up to 4000 people.
