Cinnamon Grand Colombo welcomed the festive season with its signature “An Old World Christmas,” offering guests a blend of timeless traditions and seasonal delights. The celebrations began with a dazzling Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in November, transforming the hotel lobby into a sparkling wonderland filled with carols, Santa appearances, and a Goodies Hut brimming with cakes, cookies, yule logs, and exclusive festive hampers.
Throughout December, visitors enjoyed an array of festive dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants. Highlights included the Snowy Brunch at Plates, Seasonal Carvery Lunch at Cheers, and a Festive High Tea at the Tea Lounge. Special experiences such as the Diamond Cupcake Tree in the lobby and curated Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus delighted guests of all ages.
The hotel also hosted New Year’s Eve festivities, featuring fine dining, live entertainment, and the elegant Black & Gold Masquerade Gala. As one of the premier Colombo hotels, it offered visitors a memorable season in style.
