Craig Cochrane Appointed as The New Chief People Officer at Minor Hotels

A Brighter Future Awaits!

Minor Hotels appointed Craig Cochrane, a British National as its new chief people officer recently. In the new role, Cochrane is overlooking people and culture in the international hotel group to establish a better company culture and increase employee engagement. As the Minor group is in a rapid expansion phase, Cochrane intends to streamline its learning and development programs to a better level than before.

Cochrane worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts until 2018 and held several key positions in the industry at Jumeirah Group in Dubai and Shanghai prior to that. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Sheffield Hallam University, UK in Hotel and Tourism Management. Minor Hotels expects his experience and expertise will help enhance the experience of the group in the coming years.
