CSCEC Appointed as Lead Contractor by Braybrooke Residencies for TRI-ZEN project

The China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd (CSCEC) was recently named by Braybrooke Residential Towers (Pvt) Ltd as the main contractor for the up and coming TRI-ZEN project in Colombo. The hottest new development set to transform real estate in Sri Lanka, this project comes under John Keells Properties which already has several key residential properties under its name; it is also in the process of creating its flagship luxury mixed development project, Cinnamon Life.

One of the world’s largest contractors, CSCEC has completed many global high-rise structures and will bring its expertise to the TRI-ZEN project, a John Keells Holdings PLC and Indra Traders joint venture. Located in the heart of Colombo, this 53-storey development will feature cutting-edge ‘smart’ apartments that combine smart home technology with the latest in contemporary comforts.
