CSCEC Takes Over TRI-ZEN as a New Appointed Contractor to be Completed on 2023 – A modern playground in the making

Colombo City Apartments are soon becoming an option several locals are looking to invest in, as it’s proven to be a concept that’s agreeable by many. TRI-ZEN is one such example, a modern playground in the making. Braybrooke Residential Towers Pvt Ltd announced in January about the appointment of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd as (CSCEC) as the contractor for this project.

The project aims to open up a grand metropolitan space in the heart of Colombo, providing luxurious spaces for individuals differing needs. Hoping to give new definition to urban living, this project is a modern marvel that’s highly anticipated.
