Culture Summit Abu Dhabi Held Online – Cultural Experiences Also on Offer in the Emirate

From 8th to 10th March 2021, the Culture Summit Abu Dhabi was held online; it saw the participation of leading names in fields pertaining to heritage, museums, art, technology and media as well as cultural leaders. This year marked the virtual forum’s fourth edition with the theme being, “The Cultural Economy and the Economy of Culture”; those who participated got the chance to discuss the challenges posed by COVID-19 and come up with strategies in which global communities and societies could be transformed by way of culture.

The online Culture Summit Abu Dhabi was accessible to the public as well and featured various performances, film screenings and talks by artists. Additionally, Abu Dhabi is now also open for tourists who can visit some of its key cultural attractions. This includes the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the Louvre which are within easy reach of 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi including the Eastern Mangroves property of Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas.
