The Daxing International Airport- Beijing’s new mega-airport was opened to traffic recently and with this new addition, the region will now have four major civil airports altogether. As this airport is located closer to Tianjin than the capital airport, this initiative is expected to attract more passengers from there giving a positive hope for the Tianjin Hotel chains.
As there are also plans to complete the intercity railways and expressways connecting the airport with Tianjin, and other provinces, experts also believe that a distinctive boom in the Tianjin tourism can be then expected, which of course will be great news for world-class hotels such as Pan Pacific Tianjin in then coming years.
