Discover Fine Dining with Chef Michel Roux

The legendary chef, Michel Roux will be hosting a fine dining event over the course of three days at The Datai Langkawi, one of the most popular of Langkawi Resorts. The founder of one of the first restaurants in Britain to receive three Michelin Stars, the iconic chef is considered to be among the top contenders in his trade, having been dubbed as ‘one of the Godfathers of modern restaurant cuisine in the UK’ alongside his brother.

Chef Roux’s event will commence with a champagne and canapé pre-dinner cocktail, which will eventually lead into a five-course set menu dining experience. Additionally, one of the biggest names in the wine industry, Pierre Bat will also be present offering wine-pairings.

Additionally, Chef Roux will be conducting a master class allowing aspiring chefs to learn from the veteran himself. The class will involve Roux teaching his students to prepare a two-course lunch recipe, and will be bestowing upon them various cookbooks as well as a signed certificate.
