Dubai Accelerates Positioning as Remote Working Hub – Encouraging the Live & Work concept in the city

One of the new interests of people across the globe when it comes to Dubai are opportunities for the digital nomad. With the city’s amazing facilities and ultra-modern feel, Dubai seems to have attracted quite a few digital nomads from different parts of the world. Nonetheless, most individuals who wish to work remotely have deemed the city to be quite pricey when it comes to accommodation.

Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) has now partnered with Airbnb as part of the Live & Work initiative. It is said that digital nomads earning well through their jobs will find Dubai one of the most comfortable places to live and work. Another key factor that keeps attracting tourists and nomads is the drop in alcohol prices at Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel and many other hotels near Dubai Marina. This was also part of Dubai’s post covid recovery strategy to encourage visitors into the city.
