Dubai Named “World’s Prettiest City At Night” By Travelbag: Beats Tokyo and Singapore
Last year, the British long-haul travel specialist Travelbag crowned Dubai the “World’s Prettiest City at Night,” beating Tokyo and Singapore City for the top spot. The analysis took several factors into consideration, including safety, cleanliness, pollution levels and popularity among social media users.
Once a humble fishing village overlooking the Persian Gulf, the city has undergone rapid development over the past few decades, with a focus on technological advancements, entertainment and luxury hotels and residencies in Dubai. The current accolades highlight the city’s evergrowing metropolitan skyline, featuring skyscrapers, 3D printed buildings, and properties from internationally acclaimed hospitality groups, including Anantara The Palm Resort Dubai by Minor Hotels.
In addition to recent achievements, the UAE’s most populous emirate has also broken several world records, with its fountains, sculptures and installations, earning recognition in entertainment and innovation spaces.
