Connecting Cultures, Expanding Horizons – One Flight at a Time
Emirates is set to launch daily flights between Dubai and the city of Hangzhou starting 30 July 2025, marking its fifth destination in mainland China alongside Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province and home to tech giant Alibaba, is a growing hub in China’s digital economy. It also offers a rich cultural heritage, with UNESCO-listed sites like West Lake and the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City.
The new service will be operated using a Boeing 777-300ER, offering First, Business, and Economy Class. Passengers can enjoy over 6,500 entertainment channels and authentic Chinese cuisine onboard. Flight EK310 will depart Dubai at 9:40 AM, while EK311 will leave Hangzhou at 12:10 AM daily.
With the launch of this new route, travellers flying between China and the UAE can enjoy greater convenience and connectivity. For those looking to relax before or after their flight, Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai, a refined and preferred luxury hotel in Dubai, offers a seamless blend of comfort and Arabian-inspired elegance just minutes from key city attractions.
