August 7 was a day filled with fun for cookery enthusiasts. That day at Redcliffe Botanic Gardens was specifically designed for those who love cooking out in the open. Many gardening experts and cookery demonstrators took part in the programme to spice up the day. Located in close proximity to several options for accommodation in Redcliffe QLD for out of town attendees, such as Oaks Mon Komo serviced apartments and a number of other hotels, the event turned out to be a constructive one with a large turnout. The participants had the opportunity to browse through plants in the garden while seeking more firsthand information about outdoor cooking from first-class chefs. Demonstrations and workshops enlightened the participants with rare information about the subject. The programme was open for kids as well with baking, painting and potting available.
