Sauti za Busara, an annual music festival held in Stone Town, Zanzibar, is a vibrant celebration of African music. Organized by Busara Promotions, a non-profit NGO, this four-day festival takes place around the second weekend of February and attracts a diverse audience from around the globe at one of the popular event venues in Zanzibar.

With three stages and a lineup featuring both emerging talents and established artists, Sauti za Busara celebrates the rich musical traditions of the African Continent and its diaspora, emphasizing music deeply rooted in cultural identity.
In addition to the performances, daily Movers & Shakers networking sessions provide a platform for artists, managers, music promoters, media professionals, and others to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas. One of the festival’s unique features is its commitment to accessibility. It offers a 50% discount on tickets for all African passport-holders and East African Community (EAC) Residents, with further reductions for Tanzanian nationals.
