Attracting many students, entrepreneurs, developers, marketers and even the basement hackers, FinHack 2017 – FinTech Hackathon concluded on the 9th of July. The 36-hour hackathon primarily focused on product development and innovating new products and ideas with the collaboration of Coding, Designing and Marketing teams. The hackathon was held at Campfire Creative at the Remex Centre which is located close to many accommodation options. Those looking to participate in such events held at the same venue can consider a Wan Chai hotel within easy reach such as Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong. The winning team of the hackathon was offered HK $25,000 and the participants were given the opportunity to be mentored by experts in the field. An incredible chance to engage with the colleagues, friends and co-founders as well as explore future prospects, the hackathon also offered opportunities to participants to work together with the famous developer Gram Milosevic.
